Regular Council Meeting
October 7, 2019
The October council meeting was called to order by President of Council, Paul Price, with the following council members present: Margie Clement, Gloria Leiter, Tom Emery, and Doug Price.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Gloria Leiter moved to pay all bill. Tom Emery seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Old Business
Pugh stated that the audit is still not completed, but a report should be available soon.
New Business
The village trick-or-treat will be on Saturday, October 26th from 6-7:30 p.m. followed by a costume judging at the Lions Club at 8:00 p.m.
At 6:14 Gloria Leiter moved for adjournment. Meeting adjourned. Next meeting will be November 4, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
