Regular Council Meeting
February 5, 2018 6:30 p.m.
The February council meeting was called to order by Mayor Sarah Kimmet with the following council members present: Marjorie Clement, Tom Emery, Gloria Leiter, Doug Price, Paul Price, and Jordan Young.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Majorie Clement moved to pay all bills. Tom Emery seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Old Business
Jen Pugh shared information from an email sent by Craig Knapke. He reported that he was 30-40% finished with the design, and plans to be done by the end of February. He plans to come to the March council meeting to share these plans. He estimates bids to go out in May with contracts to be awarded in June.
Gloria Leiter moved to call the county health department to pursue condemnation of the house at 18973 Bebb Street. Doug Price seconded the motion. Motion carried.
New Business
Doug Price and Paul Price offered to mow for the village during 2018.
At 7:03 p.m. Leiter moved for adjournment. The next meeting will be March 5, 2018 at 6:30. Meeting adjourned.
