Old Business

Craig Knapke from Access Engineering attended to meeting to inform the council that the village made the cut out of District, which means the grant will be reviewed at the State level. In order to leverage the village’s money in the best possible way, Knapke explained that the original grant application needs to be altered somewhat before sending it to State. There is no additional money needed from the village in this revision. Young moved to accept the revision. Doug Price seconded the motion. Motion carried.

The village is still in need of someone to remove snow for the up-coming season. Council brainstormed a few names and will contact these people. The phone tree will be used to approve the hiring if someone is found before the next meeting.

Pugh shared that she will be mailing ordinance reminders to all of the village residents (minus council members) this week.

New Business

It was noted that the lights illuminating the town flag are out. Doug Price will take care of this problem.

At 6:48 p.m. Leiter moved for adjournment. The next meeting has been changed to Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. due to the holiday weekend. Meeting adjourned.
