Regular Council Meeting
November 2, 2015 6:00 p.m.
The November council meeting was called to order by Council President Robert Louth. The following council members were present: Gloria Leiter, Lee Lare, Paul Price, and Christina Young. Also in attendance were Jim Grant and Brandon Suever.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Christina Young moved to pay all bills. Lee Lare seconded the motion. Motion carried.

New Business
Lee Lare presented his resignation as of December 7, 2015. A person to fill his seat for the remainder of the term will be appointed.
Gloria Leiter moved to pay $75 per hour for the purpose of snow removal. Christina Young seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Gloria Leiter moved to employ Brandon Suever for snow removal purpose for this coming winter season. Paul Price seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Paul Price moved to have Ace Hardware sharpen the lawn mower blades, while Jim Grant will handle changing the oil for the winter season. Christina Young seconded the motion. Motion carried.
At 6:15 p.m. Young moved for adjournment. The next meeting will be December 7, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. Meeting adjourned.
