Old Business

A discussion was held concerning snow removal in the alley south of the post office. Although this is private property, many people in the village use it. It was moved by Paul Price and seconded by Robert Louth to have the snow plowed in this area. Motion carried.

Council person Leiter reported that Scott Gordon agreed to be the village solicitor for 2015.

Council person Young shared quotes of lawn mowers that she had received from the John Deere dealer in Van Wert. The fiscal officer suggested keeping the cost of a mower to no more than $5000.00. Village resident Jim Grant volunteered to go with Councilman Price to research a few of the mowers at John Deere.

New Business
