Village of Venedocia

Venedocia Lions Club November 3, 2014

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler. The following council members were present: Robert Louth, Tom Emery, Lee Lare, Gloria Leiter, Paul Price, and Christina Young. Jim Grant was also in attendance.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

The bills were presented as follows:

Lee Lare $157.27 (#4953)

Jenny Pugh $129.88 (#4954)

James Grant $219.04 (#4955)

Jenny Pugh $285.90 (#4956)

OPERS $78.00 (voucher)

AEP $30.50 (voucher)

Paul Price moved to pay all bills. Lee Lare seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

Councilman Young reported that she talked with Ron Puthoff about available grants for the village. Puthoff was not aware of any grants for street repair or for the purchase of a new lawn mower at this time.

New Business

It was noted that a call needs to be made to Bruns to get on the list to have the catch basins cleaned out.

Christina Young moved for adjournment.

Gloria Leiter seconded the motion.
