Old Business

-The mayor met with Randy Koenig, representatives from AEP, and Rick McCoy to discuss the electricity charges that will incur for the village weather siren. The mayor will contact the commissioners to discuss this matter.

-After Bruns was in the village to clean the catch basins, it was reported that two are caving in and will need repaired. The mayor will check with ODOT to ask for their help.

-Council person Clement noted that recent visitors to the park commented that the restrooms beside the ballpark were in very bad shape. Also, Kimmet stated that repairs are needed at the playground on some of the equipment.

-Pugh discussed the preliminary budget for 2014. Adjustments will be made and the proposed budget will be presented at the July meeting.

-The mayor asked that residents living on State Route 116 please keep grass clippings out of the street. The clippings are clogging the catch basins.
