Old Business

The mayor reported that Eric Pfinig called back to say that speed limit signs will be posted at the south side of the village; the trees will be trimmed back in that area, as well.

Sheriff Riggenbach spoke, addressing concerns of village residents not abiding the junk ordinance. After discussion, he advised that all properties not adhering to the ordinance be notified again in a means as stated in the ordinance, in person or certified letter. Letters or notices will be delivered to the property owners and persons living there, if not one in the same. Notes and photographs will be taken of these residences found to be in violation before, during, and after the clean-up.

New Business

The mayor reminded council members Pugh, Young, Leiter, and Price that their terms expire at the end of 2013.

Christina Young moved for adjournment.

Meeting adjourned.

The next meeting will be April 1, 2013.
