Village of Venedocia

Venedocia Lions Club November 3, 2011

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler with the following council members present: Gloria Leiter, Robert Louth, Christina Young, and Paul Price.

The minutes from the previous meeting were read and approved.

The bills were presented as follows:

Gloria Leiter moved to pay all bills. Christina Young seconded the motion. Motion carried.


Old Business

Mayor Eutsler reported that the septic problem has not been fixed at Linedecker’s residence as of yet.



New Business

It was noted that the street light by the Ruen residence is on all day. Mayor Eutsler will check into this.


Councilman Young inquired about hiring a grant writer for the village. Leiter added that in the past the village had applied for a grant from the Van Wert County Foundation. The discussion was tabled at this point.


The fallen leaves need cleaned along the curbs in the village. It was decided to ask Chad Pugh if he was interested in taking care of this job for the same rate as the town mower.


Robert Louth moved for adjournment.
