Village of Venedocia

Venedocia Lions Club March 7, 2011

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler with the following council members present: Charlie Good, Lee Lare, Robert Louth, Christina Young, and Gloria Leiter.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

The bills were presented as follows:

Gloria Leiter moved to pay all bills. Robert Louth seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

The fiscal officer reported that contacted E.S. Evans and Company to request a modification agreement for the Village for the 2009-2010 audit. It was estimated by the auditors that this would save the village $2,661.20.

New Business

It was reported that the Jefferson Street sign needs repaired.

Councilman Charlie Good stated that he will not be seeking re-election for the village council seat next year.

Robert Louth moved for adjournment.
