Venedocia Lions Club December 1, 2008



Meeting was called to order by Mayor Larry Eutsler with the following council members present: Lee Lare, Robert Louth, Gloria Leiter, Charlie Good, Paul Price, and Jeff Coil.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Paul Price moved to pay all bills. Jeff Coil seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business

It was reported that the alley work is done for the year. There are still five areas to do. An additional $1800.00 was given as an estimate for one area that was missed.

Mayor Eutsler read the list of residents that received a certified letter of noting their violation of the junk vehicle ordinance. It read:

New Business

Lee Lare moved to appoint Jenny Pugh as the fiscal officer for the year of 2009. Gloria Leiter seconded the motion. A roll-call vote was taken with the following results:

Lee Lare-yes Charlie Good-yes

It was noted that Tom Bigham is interested in the zoning position for the village.

Jeff Coil moved for adjournment. Meeting adjourned.
