New Business

Village residents Foust and Clements held a lengthy discussion concerning zoning laws regarding a proposed driveway that Mr. and Mrs. Foust would like to construct.  Upon consulting the most current zoning ordinances, it was interpreted that a driveway must be a minimum of 3 feet from the adjoining property line.  It was noted that in light of the various zoning questions and complaints recently brought to council, the laws need to be looked at and possibly revised.

Paul Price moved to adjourn the meeting.  Meeting adjourned.
