Village of Venedocia Council Meeting

 

 

            Venedocia Lions Club                                                               October 4, 2004

 

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Doug Ruen with council members Jeff Davis, Charlie Good, Lee Lare, Gloria Leiter, Paul Price and Robert Louth present.

 

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

 

The bills were presented as follows:

Robert Louth moved to pay all bills.  Jeff Davis seconded the motion.  Motion carried.

 

Old Business

Mayor Ruen reported that Suever had been back to the village to fix some of the dips in the streets, but should return to fix the rest.

 

Councilman Good reported that Reliable Plumbing has found a part for one of the broken pumps and are still trying to locate the part for the other pump.

 

New Business

It was decided that Halloween trick-or-treating for the village will be held on Saturday, October 30th from 6:00-7:30 p.m.

 

Paul Price moved to adjourn the meeting.  Meeting adjourned.
