Venedocia Lion’s Club December 1, 2003

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Doug Ruen.

Roll call was taken with council members Jeff Davis, Lee Lare, Gloria Leiter, Vernon

Hobbs, Paul Price and Robert Louth present. In-coming council member Charles

Good was also present.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Paul Price made a motion to pay all bills. Lee Lare seconded the motion. Motion

carried.

Old Business

The yellow palate from Ace Hardware has been found and returned.

New Business

Robert Louth moved to hire Tom Evans for the purpose of snow removal for the village. Paul Price seconded the motion. Motion carried. Mayor Ruen will contact Mr. Evans.

Vernon Hobbs moved to close the meeting. Meeting adjourned.
