Clerk/treasurer Jenny Pugh reported that corrections had been made to the 2003 appropriations upon the county auditor’s request. The appropriations now fall below the allotted monies.

New Business

Jenny Pugh stated that the 2001/2002 audit had begun. At the time of turning over the information, approximately six months of vouchers had not been located. Since then it is believed that all of the missing vouchers have been found. Jenny Pugh will contact the assistant auditor to learn what the next step in the audit will be.

Council members wished to note two questions for Mayor Doug Ruen at the March meeting, one concerning the status of a new flag pole and secondly, the progress of attaining a new village solicitor.
